Our registered manager:

Plamedi has 7 years’ experience working with the elderly and young persons with learning disabilities. She is knowledgeable in caring for service users with dementia and Alzheimer’s and understands the importance of tailored care plans. Being a registered nurse, she has worked in several different healthcare settings which have all contributed to her innovative mindset. Plamedi, is also the founder of Noah care group LTD. She founded this company in hopes of it being an organisation that will lead the way in the health care sector, and it has. Noah care group is about the people.

 

Our assistant manager and care-coordinator:

Deborah has over 10 years’ experience working with young persons with learning difficulties. In her earlier years of working within the care sector she worked in residential care homes where she looked after service users with various conditions. Deborah has a degree in health studies. Noah care group prides itself in only having the best staff for our service users, our care-coordinator is the embodiment of the core values of this organisation. She exudes compassion, kindness, and honesty. She will be the first point of contact for family members and will be involved in the day-to-day staff allocation.

 

Our administrator:

Denise has over a decade long of care experience. She has a background in public health and is well acquainted with the health sector. Denise will is based at the office, she is driven and motivated to ensure that Noah care group provides the best opportunities for its staff members and then best care for its service users.
